On the Move For Orphans Part 2 022

On Friday June 5th our group held a benefit concert to benefit Maria’s Big House of Hope. The concert felt like a dream. We held the concert at Shady Maple Banquet Hall in East Earl Pennsylvania. We had a dinner along with the concert. There was about 150 people in attendance that evening. A fun fact, at the concert we had a couple drive all the way down from Ontario, Canada on their 39th wedding Anniversary!  Wes Hampton and Charlotte Ritchie were our featured artist of the night. I have always loved there music and to be able to host them was a dream come true. That night we were able to take an offering for Maria’s Big House of Hope. Our goal was $3,00 and we reached $3,567.62. God has been so good to us through this whole project. His presence was so real that night. Wes Hampton opened the night with the song “Jesus Gave Me Water.” Then Charlotte Ritchie came and sang “In Everything Give Thanks.” They closed the fabulous night with there version of “I’ve Just Seen Jesus.” That night was an unforgettable night. We hope that the money that was raised will go to impact the lives of the children at Maria’s!
